"We had Travertine pavers placed around the pool, a pergola, and an outdoor kitchen. CW, the owner, and the army did a great job. Usually, contractors never show up after you pay them in full. There were some minor issues, and I called. CW does not talk much, but he did send people for two days to fix some issues. One thing I recommend is not to use polymeric sand to fill the grouting area after the work is done. This made the pavers have dark fillings in the dipped areas that are natural. I spent hours removing the extra sand and dark patches with a pressure washer so we could seal the pavers properly."

"This is the second project that I've had them on, and they largely won this one on the strength of their performance on the first job. The first job did involve some fits and starts that had to be sorted through, but the finished product was spectacular. We get compliments on it to this day. "After many quotations, we chose Turf Plus Management. It is hard to visualize what contractors will do until you see a solid plan. Steve, the designer from the company, did a great job coming up with a plan for us. We sat down a few times, and he designed a new deck for our pool with an elevated area, an outdoor kitchen, a balcony railing and artificial turf on it, etc. It came out very close to what he had on computer design. They have a hard-working crew. The main guy Enrique can fix anything. Steve is a perfectionist. If he did not like anything, he would do it himself. I am going to see how the polymeric sand holds up in the looks. So far, they have done what we asked for. We had many issues with contractors before. Contractors many times leave a job, rip you off, or don't finish what you paid for.
