In-home Consultation
We will meet with you in your home to understand your vision and needs.
This includes discussing your desired functionality, aesthetics, and materials.
Design and presentation
Design is at the heart of what we do. We will design your outdoor space at our office, including a 3D design and recommended materials.
We will present this design for you to approve, making sure the final result is what you envision.
Permitting process
We make sure to file all the proper permits to follow:
- City code,
- HOA policies and
- Homeowner’s insurance.
Site preparation and construction
Once the design is approved, we will begin preparing the site for construction. This includes setting the foundation and building to the highest quality standards.
Your vision comes true
Once the construction is complete, we will deliver and provide guidance on enjoying and maintaining your new outdoor space.
