In-home Consultation

We will meet with you in your home to understand your vision and needs. 


This includes discussing your desired functionality, aesthetics, and materials. 

Design and presentation

Design is at the heart of what we do. We will design your outdoor space at our office, including a 3D design and recommended materials.


We'll be able to present this design for you to approve, making sure the final result is what you envision.

Permitting process

We make sure to file all the proper permits to follow: 


 - City code,

 - HOA policies and

 - Homeowner’s insurance.
